Climbing Dunes Falls was one of my favorite 1 day adventures I have ever taken. The trip is a must do for anyone traveling to Jamaica. I believe it usually took about 3 hours and is WELL worth it. It can be challenging or relaxing...whichever your approach is. Dunes Falls is a beautiful water fall and even if you are not interested in climbing, its worth the travel to see it. I can't wait to go back to Jamaica!
